The Business Plan – Entrepreneur’s Straitjacket?

For an outsider it is clear that the manager of the entrepreneur must be flexible and adapt with immediate effect the “best practices” of the tools available to cope with environmental changes. Logic would dictate that certainly. However, I found in several cases that the managers of the contractor also stiffened his will in the stereotypical way of thinking and behavior of the entrepreneur. Under these circumstances, individuals determined not to give up control, has become too obsessed with nip the day-to-date information, creativity and dilute morale. And reacted with alarming “Shoot From The Hip” tactics.

Fortunately, there was some outside force to intervene and request a business plan ready, turn over things quickly. In this case, try an external member of the Board and obtain the necessary cooperation.
